Current commercial status
As of October 24, 2026, this website does not serve display advertisements and does not contain affiliate links or paid product placements. Google Privacy & messaging is integrated through its messaging tag with advertising requests paused for this consent rollout. Approval and any future activation of advertising are separate. The calculators remain free to use without an account, and current manufacturer, retailer, contractor and public-authority links are source references.
Published prices are explicitly illustrative inputs or dated examples from the named source. They are not supplier offers from this website, installation quotations or promises of availability. Confirm the product, tax, delivery and purchasing format with the seller.
How future advertising would be identified
Any future display advertisements or paid placements will be identified as advertisements or sponsored content where they appear. Payment will not be represented as an independent review or engineering endorsement. Commercial-status and privacy information will be updated when the service changes.
Third-party providers are responsible for their prices, products and terms. Following a reference or advertisement can take you to a website governed by its own policies. Retaining Wall Calc does not process product purchases or installation contracts.
How future affiliate links would be disclosed
An affiliate link could allow the site to earn commission from a qualifying purchase or another specified action. Before such links are introduced, a clear explanation of that relationship will appear near the relevant recommendation or link so readers can see it before acting. A footer policy alone will not replace that disclosure.
Paid and affiliate links must also be marked appropriately for search engines. Relationships must not be hidden behind vague wording, and product, price or saving claims still need support. We will not invent commission arrangements, product experience or customer ratings.
Google consent messaging and separate analytics choices
Google Privacy & messaging supplies the regional advertising message and records the choices made there. Advertising privacy choices in the footer reopens the European message where it applies. Google’s own US-state opt-out link is used where a corresponding account message is configured and applies. Message availability and regional coverage depend on the publisher-account configuration.
Cookie preferences controls optional Google Analytics separately: allowing analytics does not grant advertising consent, and an advertising choice does not by itself enable our analytics. Applicable Google storage, vendor and analytics-purpose restrictions are also respected. No code in this consent rollout resumes advertising requests.
Loading Google’s consent service connects the browser to Google. Google may process connection and page information to deliver the service and save a consent record. Privacy and disclosure pages do not load Google advertising, consent-message or analytics tags. The advertising loader also stays off when a page URL or referrer contains a shared project, so dimensions and entered prices are not included in its requests.
Before advertising is activated, actual providers, regional controls and consent behavior must be checked against the intended advertising setup. Google’s requirements include a certified consent management platform integrated with the applicable framework when serving personalized Google ads to users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland. Installing a consent service is not a guarantee of AdSense approval or a certification of compliance with every privacy law.
Independence, questions and corrections
Quantities come from entered measurements and assumptions. A payment or commission is not a reason to alter formulas, hide exclusions or describe a product as suitable for an unreviewed site. The editorial policy describes the actual checks and independent-review limits.
